摘要
针对秦源煤矿S205综放工作面在停采撤架期间出现CO浓度超限,可能发生采空区遗煤自燃的问题,从工作面地质构造、遗煤量、漏风等方面分析了回风流CO浓度超限的原因,并针对该工作面的实际情况和各种防灭火技术的特点,按照尽快减少采空区漏风、降低采空区氧浓度、消除高温点的原则,采取了以局部通风、高位钻孔注浆和架前钻孔注高分子胶体为主的综合防灭火技术,使回风流CO体积分数降到了24×10-6以下,保证了工作面支架的安全撤出。
According to CO content over limit occurred in No.S205 fully-mechanized top coal caving mining during the period of the termi- nal mining and the powered supports withdrawing in Qinyuan Mine and the spontaneous combustion of coal left in the goal, from the geolog- ical structure of the coal mining face, coal quantity left, ventilation leakage and other aspects, the paper analyzed the abnormal causes of CO in the air returning flow.According to the actual conditions of the coal mining face and the features of each fire prevention and control tech- nology,based on the principles to quickly reduce ventilation leakages in the goaf,in order to reduce the oxygen content in the goal and to eliminate high temperature points, a comprehensive fire prevention and control technology mainly with the local ventilation, high level bore- hole grouting and high polymer gum injection in the boreholes in front of the powered supports was conducted to reduce the CO volume fraction in the air returning flow below 24 x 10-6 and to ensure the safe withdrawing of the 13owered supports from the coal mining face.
