摘要
为探究浅槽重介分选机在分选过程中内部刮板运动的最佳速度,采用PIV粒子图像技术拍摄了浅槽重介分选机不同刮板速度下的流体粒子运动图像,对其分选流场进行了研究,揭示了浅槽重介分选机在不同刮板速度下的流场形态及运动规律。结果表明,刮板运行速度会给流体运动状态造成严重影响,试验得出刮板运行速度为0.06-0.08m/s时对分选最为有利。刮板速度影响的流场区域尽量控制在底流区以下,以免影响到分选区的流场从而影响煤炭正常分选。
In order to achieve the best speed of scraper during the separation process of shallow slot heavy medium separator, the authors shoot fluid particles motion image by PIV particle image technology and studied the internal flow field in shallow slot heavy medium sepa- rator at various scraper speed.The results showed that scraper speed would impact seriously flow field shape and movement laws.Therefore, scraper speed should be strictly controlled, when scraper speed was 0.06 - 0.08 m/s, it was the best to coal sparation.In order to avoid im- pacting on coal normal separation, the flow field area by scraper speed affected should be controlled below the underflow zone.
