摘要
本文根据高速旋转弹箭外弹道参数的测试需求以及弹体在外弹道飞行环境中的特点,提出了基于MEMS惯性传感器和GPS接收机组合来构建遥测系统的总体方案和解决问题的方法.文中详细分析了遥测系统测量原理以及引起测量误差的各项因素,并介绍了遥测系统的组成和工作过程.在火箭弹靶场动态试验中,遥测系统成功地获取了在高速飞行及旋转条件下全弹道的弹体惯性参数和飞行轨迹信息,为常规弹箭靶场飞行试验动态性能的评定开辟了有效途径.
According to the test requirement of high spinning projectile and flying ballistic characteristic, a test method and telemetry system solution are proposed based on combining MEMS inertial sensor with GPS receiver. While the system principle and composition are introduced, the factors resulting test error are also analyzed in detail. The inertial parameters and information of flying trace, such as acceleration, attitude an- gle, position, velocity, etc. , have been successfully acquired under the condition of high speed and spinning in the rocket projectile range test, which provides a useful approach for flying performance evaluation of the pro- jectile in normal range test.
