摘要
38mm软体变形弹的弹丸采用硅胶材料,具有大动能、低致伤效能的特性,国内尚未建立相应的威力评定标准,弹药对人员的损伤程度难以定论.通过开展模拟介质和生物致伤实验,测量弹丸撞击目标时的速度、压强以及面积等参数,活杀解剖生物并提取病理样本进行检测分析,为弹药的致伤效能评估提供了详实的数据.试验表明:弹丸对模拟介质无侵彻性,但可产生致人重伤的冲击力;0.5m内的羊临床症状反应强烈;5m内的羊存在肝脾破裂、胸腹腔积血的可能性.因此近距离能够对人产生中度以上损伤,需要及时进行医疗干预,远距离伤无致死可能.建议在近距离使用时避免对胸腹部射击,防止造成人员死亡的恶性事件发生.
Abstract: The 38 mm flexible transformable bullets are made of silicone material with the character of large kinetic energy and low kill efficiency. There is not a corresponding standard of evaluation in China, so the damage degree on people is hard to be evaluated. We carried out the injuries experiments on both simulation medium and living animals by testing the velocity, pressure and the area when the bullets impact on the tar- gets. These experiments have provided the accurate data for the evaluation. The results shows that, the bulle- ts has no penetration towards simulation medium, but they can cause serious injuries on people; the sheep tar- gets within 0.5 m have strong clinical reactions, those within 5 m have the possibility of liver rupture and hemorrhage in the chest. So it is able to produce an above moderate damage to people in a closer distance and medical intervention is needed in time, and long distance injury will not lead to the death. We suggest avoid shooting at the chest and abdomen while using in a close distance to prevent the malignant events of death.
