A Comprehensive Analysis on the Financing and Capital Structure of the Listed Companies in Henan Province

河南省上市公司在 6年多的发展历程中 ,利用发行新股和配股筹资近百亿元。但在筹资管理中存在资本结构不合理的问题 ,典型地表现为大多数公司过多地利用股票筹资 ,少数公司的负债率过高。不合理的资本结构直接影响股东的收益水平 ,为此 ,上市公司必须科学地进行筹资管理 ,不断优化资本结构 。

During the six-year development of the listed companies in Henan province, a fund of approximately ten billion RMB has been raised through stock issuance and compensated equity expansion. In the mean time, unreasonable capital structure appears in the financing management: most companies rely too heavily on stock for capital raising, and the liability ratio of some companies is too high. The unreasonable capital structure constitutes a direct threat to the income ratio of the shareholders. Therefore , it is necessary for the listed companies to undertake a scientific approach in the management of capital raising, to optimize their capital structure and to realize the target of maximizing the stockholders' equity.
