Xi Jinping, General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, meets Lien Chan, Honorary Chairman of the Kuomintang of Taiwan, in Beijing on February 18. Lien, accompanied by his wife Lien Fang-yu and a delegation, made an unofficial visit to the mainland during February 17-20. It was the 15th mainland tour Lien has made since February 2005.
