摘要
我国的妇女就业制度经历了符合实际———脱离实际的过程。改革现行的妇女就业制度要以优化劳动力资源配置、提高生活质量为目标 ,以取消就业中的性别歧视为重点 ,建立以灵活的工时制度和用工制度、社会补偿的生育保险制度和配套的社会保障制度及保障妇女儿童权益的社区组织创新为主要内容的妇女灵活就业制度。
The employment system of the women in our country has experienced a shift from the down to earth stage to the unrealistic stage. During the reform of the employment system, it is necessary to optimize the allocation of labor resources, improve living standards of the labor resources, and abolish sex discrimination. A series of flexible systems should be established: 1.a working hour and employment system; 2. a child bearing insurance compensated by the society and a corresponding social security system; 3. an innovation of community construction to ensure the rights of women and children.
