摘要
本文提出了在变环境温度T_∞条件下煤粉热解通用模型的应用方法。计算结果表明,在变环境温度条件下必须用有限差分法逐一计算出每一有限区域内当地的温度T_(∞,i),据此再按通用模型计算方法算出V_i,这样便能得V=ΣV_(i~t)的曲线,计算结果与实验结果符合较好,因此可用于燃烧室内任意温度分布条件下的挥发分析出过程的预报。
It is presented in the paper that the general devolatilization model of pulverized coal is used for changeable surrounding temperatures. The calculations show that the finite difference method must be used for changeable surrounding temperatures to calculate the local tem-peratur, T∞,i, of each element, step by step. And then according to T∞,i,Vi is calculatel by using general model. Thus V = ∞Vi-t eurve is obtained. The calculatel results are in good agreement with experimental data. Therefore coal devolatilization ean be predicted for any temperature distribution in the combustors.
