Relationship of CPC's Management of Cadres and Cadre Selection Democratization

干部选任民主化是全面提高党的建设科学化水平的重要方面。对干部选任民主化的现状、原因、趋势进行分析,探讨在当前如何正确处理党管干部与干部选任民主化关系,提出了党管干部与干部选任民主化统一的观点。对于厘清领导干部中存在的普遍疑虑,把握党管干部与干部选任民主化关系,坚定党管干部的信心,具有理论指导意义。

The cadre selection democratization is an important problem of raising the level of CPC＇s scientific construction. This paper analyzed the current situation, reasons and the trend of cadre selection democratization to explore how to deal with the relationship between CPC＇s management of cadres and cadre selection democratization which proved to be unified. It is of significance to clarify the widespread suspicion of the leaderships, to grasp the relationship between CPC＇ s management of cadres and cadre selection democratization and to reinforce the confidence of Party cadres.
