喜炎平联合利巴韦林治疗小儿手足口病疗效观察

Effect of Xiyanping and ribavirin in treatment of hand-foot-mouth disease

目的 观察喜炎平联合利巴韦林治疗小儿手足口病的疗效.方法选择2010年1月～2013年1月在我院儿科住院治疗的小儿手足口病患儿作为观察对象,按照入院先后顺序随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例,两组均予常规补液等对症处理,对照组予利巴韦林注射液（10～15） mg/（kg·d）加入10%的葡萄糖或生理盐水中静滴,疗程3～5 d.治疗组同时联合喜炎平注射液（0.2～0.4） mL/（kg·d）加入10%的葡萄糖或生理盐水中静滴,疗程3～5 d.比较两组患儿的退热时间、皮疹消退时间及治疗后的疗效.结果治疗组患儿的退热时间、皮疹消退时间均明显短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.治疗组无效1例,其总有效率96.7%,对照组总有效率80.0%,两组比较,差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.两组疗效比较经秩和检验显示,治疗组疗效明显优于对照组（P＜0.05）.结论喜炎平联合利巴韦林治疗小儿手足口病可以明显改善患儿的临床症状,提高疗效,较单一应用抗病毒药物疗效更佳,值得广泛推广和应用.

Objective To observe the effect of Xiyanping and ribavirin in treatment of hand-foot-mouth disease（HFMD）. Methods Selected pediatric patients with HFMD from January 2010 to January 2013 in our hospital pediatric hospitalization as the observed object according to the order of admission, they were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, each of 30 patients, two groups were given conventional rehydration symptomatic treatment, control group vein dropped with ribavirin injection （10-15） mg/（kg.d） joined in 10% of the glucose or saline, treated for 3 to 5 days. Treatment group also vein dropped with Xiyanping injection （0.2-0.4） mL/（kg-d）joined in 10% of the glucose or saline infusion, treated for 3 to 5 days. The fever clearance time and rash subsided time, effect after treatment in two groups were compared. Results The fever clearance time and rash subsided time in treatment group were significantly shorter than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈0.05）. No effective of treatment group and was 1 case, the total effective rate was 96.7%, the total effective rate of the control group was 80.0%, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈0.05）. The effect of the treatment group was better than the control group by rank test （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Xiyanping combined with ribavirin in treatment of children with HFMD can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and the efficacy of antiviral is better comparing to single application, it is worthy being generalized and applieation.
