神经节苷脂治疗急性脑出血的疗效及对血清超敏C反应蛋白和白介素-6水平的影响 被引量:9

摘要 目的探讨神经节苷脂治疗急性脑出血的疗效及对血清超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)和白介素(IL)-6水平的影响。方法 70例急性脑出血随机分为观察组和对照组,均予以控制颅内压和血压、止血、预防感染、营养脑细胞及保持内环境平衡等常规治疗。观察组加用神经节苷脂针;对照组加用胞磷胆碱钠针,连用2周。结果治疗2周后,观察组患者临床总有效率明显高于对照组(χ2=5.29,P<0.05)。对照组和观察组治疗中分别发生不良反应2例和4例,症状较轻;两组血清hs-CRP和IL-6水平均明显下降(P<0.05或P<0.01),且观察组下降幅度更明显(P<0.05)。结论神经节苷脂用于治疗急性脑出血具有较好的疗效及安全性,这可能与其能降低血清hs-CRP和IL-6水平密切相关,从而减少脑出血引起继发性脑损伤炎症过程。 Objective To discuss curative effect of ganglioside on acute cerebral hemorrhage and its influence on serum high sensitivity C reactive protein (hs-CRP) and interleukin-6 (IL-6) levels. Methods Seventy cases of patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage were divided into observation group and control group at random. The patients in two groups were given routine medical treatment such like the control of intracranial pressure and blood pressure, hemostasis, prevention of infection, nerve cell nutrition, maintaining the homeostasis and etc. The patients in observation group were additionally given ganglioside, while the patients in control group were additionally given spore citicoline sodium for 2 weeks' treatment. Results After 2 weeks' medical treatment, the total clinical efficiency of patients in observation group was much higher than that in control group (χ2=5.29, P〈0.05). 2 and 4 cases of untoward reaction were ap- peared in control group and observation group respectively during the medical treatment with light symptom. Mean- while, serum hs-CRP and IL-6 levels of patients in two groups obviously were declined (P〈0.05 or P〈0.01 ), and the declining rate of patients in observation group was much higher than that in control group (P〈0.05). Conclusion Ganglioside has reliable curative effect on acute cerebral hemorrhage with high security, which has close effect on reducing the serum hs-CRP and IL-6 levels.
