目的 探索社区家庭健康评估及系统化管理对社区家庭功能的影响.方法 选取2012年7月～2013年6月我院所在地福田区的翠海社区家庭和碧海云天社区家庭为对象,两个社区家庭均包含各种家庭类型.分别采用分层随机抽样方法,各抽取300户家庭,即随机抽取常住、暂住家庭各150户,然后按随机数列表的方法分为干预组和对照组.对照组建立社区家庭健康档案并进行适当的健康教育,干预组建立社区家庭健康档案,进行评估分析和社区家庭健康管理干预;实验为期1年.结果 对照组实验前后指标无明显变化;干预组社区家庭成员的健康知识、心理卫生知识和慢性病防治知识知晓率均达到90%以上,健康信念形成率和健康行为形成率均达到85%,干预组社区居民的慢性病患病率下降20%,社区慢性病患者规范管理率提高20%.结论社区家庭健康评估及系统化管理对社区家庭功能具有明显积极的影响.

Objective To explore the effect of community family health assessment and systematic management on community family function. Methods The various types of families in Cuihai community and Bihaiyuntian community of Futian district from July 2012 to June 2013 were selected as the objects. 300 families were randomly selected by using stratified random sampling method, including 150 resident families and 150 temporary families, which were randomly divided into the two groups, namely the intervention group and the control group. The control group were established the community family health file and given the appropriate health education, while the intervention group were established the community family health file, and given the community family health management intervention assessment and analysis, the two groups were done 1 years of experiment. Results The indexes of the intervention group changed significantly before and after the experiment; The awareness rate of health knowledge, mental health knowledge and chronic disease prevention knowledge of community family members in the intervention group reached all more than 90%, the formation rate of health beliefs and health behavior reached 85%, the chronic disease prevalence rate of community residents in the intervention group decreased by 20%, the standard management rate of community chronic patients increased by 20%. Conclusion Community family health assessment and systematic management has significantly positive impact on community family function.
