品管圈活动对脑卒中患者跌倒事件发生率的影响

Effect of Quality Control Circle on the incidence of tumble events in diabetic patients

目的 通过品管圈活动分析我院脑卒中患者发生跌倒的相关因素,降低脑卒中患者跌倒事件的发生率.方法利用品管圈活动回顾性分析2011 年1~12 月本院收治的123 例脑卒中患者跌倒事件的资料,针对跌倒事件发生的原因提出相应的护理对策,并于2012 年1~12 月间严格执行,比较品管圈活动干预前后跌倒事件的发生率.结果对2012 年1~12 月间收治的135 例脑卒中患者进行干预后,发生跌倒的仅4 人,发生率降至3.0%,与去年同期的18.7%相比较有显著下降,差异具有统计学意义（χ2=15.371,P〈0.05）.结论 品管圈活动能降低脑卒中患者跌倒事件的发生率,同时还可以提高医护人员的团队协作和处理问题的能力,值得在临床应用中推广.

Objective To analyze the factors of falls in our hospital by quality control circle activities to reduce the incidence of tumble events in diabetic＇ patients. Methods Retrospective investigation was done over the clinical fall-related data of 23 diabetic patients by estlity control circle activities in our hospital from January to December 2011. Enforced the corresponding nursing strategies for the cause of fall events from January to December 2012, and compared the occurrence rate of tumble events before and after quality control circle activities. Results Only 4 tumble events happened among diabetic patients from January to December 2012 after quality control circle interventions. The incidence （3.0%） of tumble events after interventions were significantly lower than those （18.7%） in the same period last year （χ2=15.371, P〈0.05）. Conclusion The quality control circle activities can reduce the incidence of tumble events in diabetic patients and improve team collaboration and the ability to deal with the problem for medical staff, should be promoted and applied.
