囊袋张力环在晶状体半脱位超声乳化中的临床应用

Clinical application of capsular tension ring in lens subluxation phacoemulsification

目的 探讨晶状体囊袋张力环（CTR）在晶状体半脱位超声乳化手术中的应用价值.方法 2010年10月～2013年10月我院眼科对30例（30眼）晶状体半脱位患者行白内障超声乳化手术,术中连续环形撕囊后植入CTR,随后行超声乳化白内障吸除,然后在囊袋内植入后房型人工晶状体（IOL）.结果 30例患者均成功完成手术,顺利植入CTR和IOL,术后切口对合良好,无渗漏;术后1周30只眼视力较术前不同程度恢复,裸眼视力最高0.6,矫正视力最高0.8;术后1个月扩瞳后观察,30例IOL位置良好,晶状体囊袋完整,未出现囊膜收缩,囊袋口无撕裂.结论晶状体半脱位患者在超声乳化手术中,应用CTR植入可提高安全性,降低了并发症,有利于术后视力的恢复.

Objective To investigate the value of capsular tension ring （CTR） in lens subluxation phacoemulsification. Methods A total of 30 patients （30 eyes） with lens subluxation underwent phacoemulsification in the ophthalmology of our hospital from October 2010 to October 2013, CTR was implanted after intraoperative continuous circular capsu- lorhexis, then posterior chamber intraocular lens （IOL） was implanted in the capsular bag. Results Thirty patients were successfully completed the operation, and CTR and IOL were implanted successfully, postoperative incision healed well and no leakage; Postoperative visual acuity of 30 eyes recovered at different degree after operation after 1 week, uncorrected visual acuity were up to 0.6, the highest of corrected visual acuity was 0.8; Positions of IOL were good in 30 cases, capsular bags were intact, without capsular bag contraction and no tear at 1st month after the operation. Conclusion Application of CTR implantation can improve security, reduce the complications of patients with lens subluxation in ultrasonic emulsification operation, it is beneficial to the recovery of visual acuity after operation.
