孕期体重增长与母婴健康研究进展

Research and progress on weight gain during pregnancy and maternal and child health

目前普遍认为孕前体重和孕期体重的增加是影响母婴健康的重要因素。但是孕期增重的适宜范围目前还存在争议。本文就孕期能量摄入多少、孕期营养和胎儿的生长发育、孕期增重和妊娠结局、孕期体重增长的适宜范围、孕期营养指导与体重增长等几个方面做一综述。

It was generally considered that increase of pre pregnancy weight and pregnancy weight was an important factor affecting the health of mother and infant. But the proper range of weight gain during pregnancy is still controversial. This article reviewed the energy intake during pregnancy, maternal nutrition, fetal growth and development, the outcome of pregnancy weight gain during pregnancy, weight gain during pregnancy, the suitable range of nutrition guidance during pregnancy and weight gain.
