摘要
目的研究广角数码视网膜图像采集系统(Retcam)诊断新生儿视网膜出血的临床价值。方法应用广角数码视网膜图像采集系统(Retcam)对于我院出生的3216例新生儿在出生后的48~72h检查并诊断新生儿视网膜出血情况。结果3216例新生儿中视网膜出血489例,占15.21%。出血形态以集中在视盘周围的浅层火焰状、深层点状合并的混合型居多;出血量少的患儿多呈单个至多个小片状,出血量多的患儿呈放射状排列。结论应用Retcam可明确诊断新生儿视网膜出血情况。
Objective To study the clinical value of wide-angle digital retinal image acquisition system(Retcam) diagnosis of neonatal retinal hemorrhage. Methods Wide application of digital retinal image acquisition system (Retcam) was used to check and diagnosis of neonatal retinal bleeding 3 216 in our hospital for newborns after birth 48 to 72 h. Results Of 3 216 cases of neonatal retinal hemorrhage 489 cases, accounting for 15.21%. Bleeding around the optic disc morphology in order to concentrate on shallow flame-shaped, deep punctate mostly mixed merger; less bleeding in children up mostly small single sheet, the amount of bleeding in children arranged radially. Conclusion Retcam be clear diagnosis of neonatal retinal bleeding.
