64排CT在外伤性视神经损伤中的诊断价值 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨64排螺旋CT在外伤性视神经损伤中的诊断价值。方法选取浙江省湖州市第一人民医院2013年1~6月间收治的外伤性视神经损伤患者13例作为研究对象。所有患者均由外伤导致视神经受损,其中打架所致5例,剧烈碰撞所致3例,车祸所致3例,其他原因2例。所有患者均采用64排螺旋CT进行检查,同时进行MRI检查作为对比资料。结果螺旋CT对视神经损伤的检出率为76.9%,明显高于MRI检查中T1WI序列检出率,与MRI检查中STIR序列的检出率持平,但低于MRI检查中T2WI序列的检出率,差异均无统计学意义(19〉0.05)。结论64排螺旋CT在外伤性视神经损伤诊断中检出率不差于MRl的检出效果,同时能够清楚地显示视神经损伤的部位及影像特征,为临床治疗提供指导。 Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of 64-slice spiral CT in traumatic optic nerve injury. Methods Thirteen cases with traumatic optic nerve injury in the first people's hospital of Huzhou in Zhejiang province from January to June 2013 were selected as the objects of study. The optic nerve injury of all patients were caused by trau- ma, including 5 cases caused by fighting, 3 cases caused by dramatic collision, 3 cases caused by traffic accident, 2 cases caused by other causes. All patients were examined with 64-slice spiral CT and MRI, and the results were com- pared. Results The detection rate of optic nerve injury by 64-slice spiral CT was 76.9%, which was significantly higher than that of T1WI sequence in MRI examination, and equal to that of STIR sequence in MRI examination, and lower than that of T2WI sequence in MRI examination, the differences were not significant (P〉0.05). Conclusion The detection rate of 64-slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of traumatic optic nerve injury is equal to that of MRI, also 64-slice spiral CT can show the location and imaging characteristics of optic nerve injury clearly, and provide the guidance for the clinical treatment.
