正交实验法研究液膜提取黄连素的最佳条件

Optimizing the conditions of extracting berberine hydrochloride by liquid membrane with the method of orthogonal design

对影响黄连素提取量的几个因素进行正交实验 .结果表明在油内比等于 1∶1.5,膜内HCl浓度为 0 8mol/L ,载体油酸用量为 0 .0 75mol/L ,乳化剂Span - 80用量为 2 5% (质量分数 )时 ,黄连素提取量可达总含量的 75%以上 .

The conditions of berberine hydrochloride extraction were optimized using orthogonal design. The results showed that the extraction rate of berberine hydrochloride was over 75% with the R oi of 1∶1.5 HCl concentrations in membrane of 0.8 mol/L,oleic acid carrier of 0.075 mol/L, and emulsifying agent Span-80 of 2.5%.
