程序化护理对急性期脑出血患者干预后的效果研究

The clinical effect of programmed nursing intervention in patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage

】目的探讨急性期脑出血患者实施程序化护理干预后的临床效果。方法回顾性分析2011年7月～2013年6月来我院就诊的166例急性期脑出血患者的临床资料，按照就诊的时间分为对照组及研究组（n=83），分别给予常规基础护理、常规基础护理＋程序化护理，采用统计学方法比较两组的护理效果。结果（1）研究组的治疗总有效率为84．34％，对照组为63．86％，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。（2）研究组的死亡率、并发症总发生率与对照组比较明显较低，住院时间较短，护理满意度较高，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。（3）治疗后研究组及对照组FMA评分及FIM评分与治疗前比较升高，与对照组比较，研究组升高的幅度更大，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论采用程序化护理对急性期脑出血患者进行干预能够使其临床治疗效果得到提高，大幅降低并发症发生率，缩短住院时间，生存质量得到提高。可以在临床广泛应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of acute cerebral hemorrhage patients atter implement ot programmed nursing. Methods We retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 166 cases of patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage who were collected from July 2011 to June 2013 in our hospital,according to the doctor＇s time they were divided into control group and research group （n=83）,they were given the conventional foundation nursing, plus pro- grammed nursing on a regular basis,the care results of two groups were compared with statistical methods. Results （1） The total effective rate of the research group was 84.34% ,the control group was 63.86% ,there was significant differ- ence （P〈0.05）. （2）The overall mortality and complication incidence of the research group were significantly lower than those of control group, the hospital stay time was shorter, nursing satisfaction was higher, the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. （3）FMA score and FIM scores of the research group and control group after treatment were higher than before treatment,compared with control group,the researoh group increased more significant, there was signifi- cant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Programmed nursing intervention in patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage can make its clinical therapeutic effect improved, significantly reduce the incidence of complications, also improve the quality of life, improve the quality of nursing and can be widely used in clinic.
