摘要
顶层设计是新建院校绕不开的重要步骤。在机遇和挑战面前,临沂大学的顶层设计突出自己的成长特点、地域特色和服务特质,走的是一条既符合高等教育发展规律而又与众不同的发展之路。从顶层设计的出发点,到顶层设计的价值取向,再到顶层设计得以实现的条件,皆凸显出自己的制度自信、实践自信和道路自信。
Top design is a vital step in the development of a university. Facing opportunities and changes, the top design of Linyi University, with its outstanding qualities in growth, region and service, takes an unusual but according with the law of higher education. The standing point, value orientation and possible conditions in top design highlight the confidence in its system, practice and road.
