中药注射剂使用情况的帕累托图分析

The pareto graph analysis of injection usage in Traditional Chinese Medicine

目的通过对中药注射剂不合理用药的帕累托图分析,寻找主要因素,及时了解不合理用药集中趋势,为临床药师工作重点提供依据。方法收集新疆生产建设兵团医院2011年7月-2012年7月中药注射剂专项点评病历1 781份,对中药注射剂使用中存在的问题进行帕累托图分析。结果中药注射剂的不合理用药病历497份,帕累托图显示9种不合理用药类型中,功能主治不适宜和治疗过程中更换药品或停药不适宜为主要因素。结论中药注射剂的不合理用药现象较为普遍,临床药师应根据不合理用药类型有针对地进行有效干预和药学服务,提高用药安全性及有效性。

Objective According to the Pareto graph analysis from irrational injection usage of traditional Chinese medicine,we can find out the key factors,obtain the tendency of irrational drug usage in time, and provide evidence for clinical pharmacists.Methods 1 781 copies of inpatient medical records from July 2011 to July 2012 were collected and analyzed by the Pareto graph.Results 497 inpatient medical records and 9 types of drug are irrational.And the main factors are unsuitable indications,inappropriate the re-placement or withdrawal of drugs in treatment process.Conclusion The phenomenon of irrational drug use in traditional Chinese medicine injection is common.For the improving of safety and effectiveness, clinical pharmacists should be well-targeted effective intervention and pharmacy services based on irrational drug types.
