《中华人民共和国兽药典》中锌滴定液和相对分子质量计算的溯源分析

Analyses the Trace of Zinc Volumetric Solution and Corresponding Relative Molecular Mass in Chinese Veterinary Pharmacopoeia

基于二○一○年版《中华人民共和国兽药典》滴定度和相关化合物相对分子质量的计算中元素锌的相对原子质量出现多种不同值,不利于量值溯源,本研究探讨了《中华人民共和国兽药典》中锌滴定液、乙二胺四醋酸二钠(EDTA)滴定液标定以及在络合滴定中的滴定度计算,追溯其中ZnSO4獉7H2O、ZnO、杆菌肽锌等相对分子质量计算中取值差异,以探究其溯源性。

It was compared the equivalent relationship of Zinc, EDTA volumetric solution in calibration and application in Chinese Veterinary Pharmacopoeia. It was figured out different values for Zinc in ZnSO 4？7H2 O, ZnO, Bacitracin Zinc,et al.It was difficult to trace a measurement results and count relative molecular mass of a corresponding compound because the value of Zinc was evaluated multi-figure in complexometric titration.
