加味参苏饮治疗感冒后咳嗽风寒夹湿型60例临床观察

Clinical observation of Modified Shensuyin to cure the postinfectious cough, which discriminated with the type of cold and wet in 60 patients

目的观察加味参苏饮治疗感冒后咳嗽风寒夹湿型的效果。方法将符合纳入标准的60例患者随机分组,治疗组给予加味参苏饮治疗,对照组给予盐酸氨溴索口服溶液,疗程均为14 d。结果治疗组治愈24例,有效5例,无效1例,总有效率为93.3%,对照组治愈8例,有效12例,无效10例,总有效率为66.6%,治疗组总有效率优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论加味参苏饮治疗感冒后咳嗽风寒夹湿型疗效满意。

Objective To observe the efficacy of Modified Shensuyin to cure the postinfectious cough, which discrimi nated with the type of cold and wet. Methods 60 cases were randomly selected in two groups. Modified Shensuyin was used in the treatment group, and the Ambroxol-hydrochloride oral solution was used in the control group. The total course was observed in two weeks. Results In the treatment group, 24 cases were cured, 5 cases were effective, 1 case was ineffective, and the total effective rate was 93.3%. In the control group, 8 cases were cured, 12 cases were effec tive, 10 cases were ineffective, the total effective rate was 66.6%. The total effective rate of treatment group was better than control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The result is satisfy with Modified Shensuyin to treat the type of cold and wet cough.
