摘要
本文从理论角度,通过分析浆-气交界面上Kelvin-Helmholtz不稳定波波幅增长和破碎过程,建立数学模型LFB,对水煤浆外混式气动雾化的机理和液雾特性给出定性及定量的描述;利用Malvern 2600/3600激光粒度仪对外混式双旋流水煤浆气动雾化喷嘴的喷雾进行了测量,初步证实了理论预测的结果以及该理论模型的合理性。
By studying the evolution and breakup process of Kelvin-Helmholtz unstable waves at the air/CWS interface, a mathematical model LFB is establishel to give both qualitative and quantitative discriptions of the mechanism of CWS pneumatic atomization. Some main charactoristics of pneumatic atomization spray (SMD, drop size distribution etc.) can be predicted by this model. A Malvern 2600/3600 Laser Particle sizer is used for measuring the spray character of a twin-swirling airblast CWS atomizer. The favorable agreement between the predicted and experimental results shows the reasonableness of this model.
