腹腔镜手术联合孕三烯酮治疗子宫内膜异位症伴不孕患者的效果分析

Effect analysis of laparoscopy surgery combined with gestrinone in the treatment of endometriosis associated with infertility

目的 探讨腹腔镜手术联合孕三烯酮治疗子宫内膜异位症伴不孕的临床效果.方法 选择本院2011年1月～2013年1月收治的86例子宫内膜异位症伴不孕的患者为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组和治疗组各43例,对照组给予腹腔镜手术治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上联合应用孕三烯酮治疗,对比观察两组患者的临床治疗效果.结果 两组患者治疗后血清CA125均明显降低,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）,但两组间差异无统计学意义（P〉05）.治疗组的优良率以及妊娠率均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.两组患者的不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义（P0.05）.结论 腹腔镜手术联合孕三烯酮治疗子宫内膜异位症伴不孕的临床效果显著,且安全性高,值得临床广泛推广应用.

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of laparoscopy surgery combined with gestrinone in the treatment of endometriosis associated with infertility.Methods 86 cases of patients with endometriosis associated with infer- tility admitted to our hospital from January 2011 to January 2013 were selected and divided into control group and treatment group,laparoscopic surgery was given to the control group,gestrinone was given to the treatment group based on the control group,the clinical efficacy of two groups was compared.Results After treatment,the serum CA125 level of two gropes was lower than that before treatment,the difference was significant （P〈0.05）,but the two groups had no sig- nificant difference （P〉0.05）.The excellent rate and pregnancy rate of treatment group was better than that of control group,the difference was significant （P〈0.05）.The incidence of adverse reactions of two groups had no significant difference （P〉0.05）.Conclusion Laparoscopy surgery combined with gestrinone has significant effect on treating endometriosis associated with infertility,which is worthy of clinical using widely.
