围生期护理干预对预防剖宫产术后下肢深静脉血栓的效果分析

Effect analysis of perinatal nursing intervention for preventing of deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity after cesarean section

目的 探讨围生期护理干预对预防剖宫产术后下肢深静脉血栓的临床效果,为临床推广提供参考.方法 选择本院2011年8月～2012年8月收治的184例行剖宫产分娩的足月产妇为研究对象,根据不同的术后护理方式分为对照组（n=86）与护理组（n=98）,对照组给予常规产科护理,护理组在对照组的基础上给予围生期护理干预措施,比较两组产妇的下肢深静脉血栓发生率以及对护理工作的满意度.结果 护理组有1例产妇发生下肢深静脉血栓,其发生率为1.02％ （1/98）,对照组有8例,其发生率为9.30％（8/86）,两组比较,差异有计学意义（P＜0.05）；护理组的满意度为97.96％ （96/98）,明显高于对照组的74.42％ （64/86）（P＜0.05）.结论 围生期护理干预对预防剖宫产术后下肢深静脉血栓的临床效果显著,能大大降低术后下肢深静脉血栓的发生率,值得临床广泛推广.

Objective To discuss the clinical effect of perinatal nursing intervention for preventing of deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity after cesarean section,and it provided the reference for clinical promotion. Methods 184 full-term parturients with cesarean section from August 2011 to August 2012 in our hospital were selected as subjects and they were divided into the two groups according to the control group （n=86） and the nursing group （n=98）according to the methods of postoperative nursing method.The control group was given the general obstetrical nursing while the nursing group was given the perinatal nursing intervention based on the control group. The incidence rate of deep ve- nous thrombosis of lower extremity and satisfaction for nursing were compared between the two groups. Results There was 1 case with deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity in the nursing group and the incidence rate was 1.02% （1/98） while there was 8 cases with deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity in the control group and the incidence rate was 9.30% （8/86）,and there was a statistical difference between the two groups （P〈0.05）;the satisfaction degree in the nurs- ing group [97.96% （96/98）] was significantly higher than that in the control group [74.42% 64/86）] （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical effect of t perinatal nursing intervention for preventing of deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity after cesarean section is remarkable,and it can significantly decrease the incidence rate of deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity.It is worthy of the clinic widely promoting.
