化工机械实际气体变函数新关联式与其相关的相对分析法——三次维里型对比状态方程开新途径

摘要 一、引言 化工机械中涉及的能量形式显然繁多,其工况范围及其结构特点也十分迥异,但分析时所持的基本原理则均相同。(火用)分析是分析化工机械问题的重要而有效的途径。如何针对实际工质的特殊条件,准确、简便、有效地确定相应的(火用)参数值及其(火用)变值(或(火用)损值)是研究这类问题的重要关键。文中应用本课题组已建立的新维里型对比状态方程和其(火用) Based on the principle of thermodynamic energy conversion and derived from a new exergy function of real gases relevant to a simple cubic reduced virial EOS presented by our research group, a new generalized correlation for determining the exergy-change value of real gases undergone various thermal processes in chemical machinery is proposed intthis paper. Results computed from this new correlation fully agree with published literature data. In this paper, a new relative exergyanalysis method by using a new evaluating index characterized by the ratio of local exergy-loss in corresponding sub-processes is also proposed. Illustration shows that the proposed method is not only simple ahd convenient in form, but also effective and reliable in calculation, especially adaptable to analyze the thermal performance of petrochemical machinery. It is obvious that the proposed procedure provides a new prospect to exergyanalysis for solving the practical problems in engineering.
