Research and development of Wuhu community meteorological service platform

本文介绍了芜湖市社区气象服务工作平台的设计背景及系统总体结构,并对平台所包含的内部邮件、社区气象、日常工作、科普风貌及考核统计等功能进行了描述。该平台建设规范了社区气象服务工作实施流程,提高了社区气象服务的技术手段和管理能力,并为地市级社区气象服务业务的系统建设及推广提供设计思路。

This paper introduces the design background and the overall structure of Wuhu community meteorological service platform,and describes its functional modules such as internal mail, community weather forecast,community daily work,meteorological science and statistical evaluation. The platform construction standardizes the business process of community meteorological service,improves the technology and management capacities of community meteorological service,and provides the design ideas for the municipal promotion of community meteorological service system.
