摘要
油田集输系统中的含水原油计量多采用动态计量方式,对计量准确度能否满足标准要求考虑较少。文章结合克拉玛依油田实际情况,从计算原油计量准确度的原理入手,分析影响准确度计算结果的原因,并以稀油单井计量、稠油单井计量、原油处理站含水原油计量(以多功能处理器为核心的短流程、分段脱水工艺流程、稠油处理站含水原油计量)为例说明如何正确选择计量方式。
On the oilfields metering of water-content crude basically is by means of dynamic methods, people not much considers the allowable standard accuracy. The author based on real situation of Karamay Oilfield with view point of metering accuracy calculation, analyzed the reason effecting the accuracy and concluded how to chose the method of metering on the examples well-head metering of non-viscose crude, well-head metering of viscose crude, gathering station metering of water content crude (multi-functional treatment with short process diagram, multistage dehydration process diagram as well as viscose crude gathering station metering of water content crude).
