柴半六合汤对慢性肾衰竭合并胃肠道症状患者营养状态的影响

Effects of Chaiban Liuhe Decoction on Nutritional Status of Patients with Chronic Renal Failure with Gastrointestinal Symtoms

目的:观察柴半六合汤对慢性肾衰竭(CRF)合并胃肠道症状患者的临床疗效及其对营养状态的影响。方法:将60例CRF合并胃肠道症状患者随机分为两组,治疗组30例给予柴半六合汤,对照组30例给予尿毒清颗粒,2月后观察两组疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率为90.0%,明显优于对照组73.3%;治疗组胃肠道症状有明显改善或缓解;与对照组相比差异显著(P<0.05);治疗组患者血肌酐(SCr)、尿素氮(BUN)水平下降,内生肌酐清除率(Ccr)水平升高,疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组营养状态SGA评分下降,血红蛋白(Hb)、血清白蛋白(ALB)、前白蛋白(PA)水平升高,疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:柴半六合汤能够有效改善慢性肾衰竭患者胃肠道症状,保护肾功能,改善营养状态。

Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of the Chaiban liuhe decoction on chronic renal failure （CRF） patients with gastrointestinal symptoms and its effect on patients＇nutritional status. Methods： 60 CRF patients with gastrointestinal symptoms were randomly divided into two groups. 30 cases in the treatment group was given Cbaiban liuhe decoction and 30 cases in the control group was given Niaoduqing granule. The effect of two groups was observed after treating two months. Results： The total effective rate of treatment group was 90.0% and was significantly higher than the control group which was 73.3% . Blood creatinine （SCr）, u- rea nitrogen （BUN） levels of patients in the treatment group decreased and endogenous creatinine clearance rate （Ccr） levels increased. The curative effect was obviously better than that of the control group （P 〈 0.05）. SGA score of nutritional status in the treatment group decreased and hemoglobin （Hb）, serum albumin （ALB）, pre- albumin （PA） levels increased. The curative effect was obviously better than that of the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 or P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion： Chaiban liuhe decoction can effectively improve the gastrointestinal symptoms of pa- tients with CRF, protect the renal function and improve the nutritional status.
