The fluidized reactor of gas phase polyethylene pilot plant was analyzed and studied in the view of fluid mechanics . An improvement was made against the component of the facility that influenced the fluidizing state. The typical problems usually existed in the operation of small scale reactor of pilot plant were resolved.
