β细胞素在肝癌中的表达及其与肝癌侵袭能力的相关性研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:检测β细胞素(BTC)在肝癌组织及癌旁组织中的表达并探讨其与肝癌侵袭能力的相关性。方法:采用免疫组织化学法检测BTC在肝癌组织和癌旁组织中的表达水平。结果:BTC在肝癌组织中的表达与癌旁组织相比存在高表达的现象,且肿瘤直径≥3cm和有包膜浸润的肝癌组织中BTC也存在高表达的现象,而且这些差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:BTC表达与肝癌的增殖、侵袭能力密切相关,可能在肝癌发生、发展过程中起着重要的作用。 Objective:To investigate the BTC protein expression in hepatocellular carcinoma tissue and tissue around the lesion and to analyze its related clinical factors .Methods :To detect the BTC protein expression by immunohistochemistry .Results :BTC protein expression in HCC tissue is higher than it in tissue around the lesion , and its protein expression is higher in the lesion whose diameter is bigger than 3cm and which shows capsular inva-sion .Conclusion:BTC expression is closely associated with the proliferation and invasion of HCC ,it may play an im-portant role in the generation and development of HCC .
