偶联剂对高岭土增韧聚丙烯的影响

The influence of coupling agent on toughening polypropylene with gaoling clay

考察了偶联剂的种类及用量、高岭土的含量等对高岭土增韧聚丙烯的影响。结果表明,NDZ-401是高岭土增韧聚丙烯的最佳偶联剂。当NDZ-401含量为1.0％、高岭土含量为30％时,高岭土/聚丙烯复合材料的冲击韧性最佳。

The effects of kind and amount of coupling agents and content of Gaoling clay on toughening Polypropylene with Gaoling clay were studied. The results showed that NDZ - 401 was the best coupling agent to the PP toughened by Gaoling clay. The impact strength of the composite reached its optimum value after adding 1.0% NDZ - 401 and 30% Gaoling clay.
