摘要 研究了以纤维素酶和木聚糖酶与酵母菌协同发酵葡萄皮渣生产猪饲料的方法。根据猪饲料的国家标准检测饲料中豆粕、麸皮、玉米面、葡萄皮渣等主要组分,利用正交试验确定了最佳配比:葡萄皮渣、豆粕、麸皮、玉米面质量比为2∶2∶1∶2;酶的最适条件:纤维素酶3U/g,木聚糖酶5U/g,作用温度50℃,时间72h。产品的粗纤维质量分数为11.42%(干基),低于加酶前4.83%。 The coincubation of composite enzyme (cellulase and xylanase) and yeast in grape pomace to produce pig feed was studied. The main components including soybean meal, wheat bran, corn meal and grape skin slag were treated in feed according to the national standard of pig feed. The optimum condition of the enzyme and the best formula were investigated through orthogonal test: the mass ratio of grape skin slag, soybean meal, wheat bran, corn flour were 2 :2: 1 : 2; when cellulose enzyme dosage was 3 U/g, xylanase dosage was 5 U/g, 50 , function time was 72 h, the mass fraction of crude fiber was 11.42% (dry matter) (lower than 4. 83% before enzyme in feed).
