摘要
采用丙酮-正己烷超声波水浴法提取原棉中的农药残留物,参照GB/T18412.1—2006建立了气相色谱质谱联用技术同时检测原棉中久效磷、乐果、马拉硫磷、a-硫丹、P,P’-滴滴依、β-硫丹、氰戊菊酯、溴氰菊酯8种杀虫剂的方法。8种杀虫剂在0.2~5p.g/mL,样品浓度与峰面积有良好的线性关系。该方法操作简便、重现性好、回收率高,可用于进口原棉多种农药残留量的测定。
The ultrasonic acetone-hexane bath was used to extract the pesticide residues from the raw cotton. GC-MS method based on GB/T 18412.1--2006 was built up to detect eight pesticides simultaneously in the raw cotton including monocrotophos, dimethoate, malathion, a-endosulfan, P,P'-DDE, 13-endosulfan, fenvalerate and deltamethrin. Eight pesticides showed a good linear relationship between the concentration and peak area in the range of 0.2-5 μg/mL. The method is simple, good reproducibility, high recovery rate, which can be used for the determination of multiple pesticide residues in the imported raw cotton.
