Nursing care of patients with idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura

[目的]总结特发性血小板减少性紫癜病人的临床护理经验。[方法]回顾性分析我科2010年1月—2012年10月收治的46例特发性血小板减少性紫癜病人,进行严密观察病情、认真药物护理、严格基础护理、加强与病人家属沟通和心理护理。[结果]46例病情得到有效缓解,取得良好效果,未出现严重并发症。[结论]合理、及时、有效的综合护理措施,可以有效减少并发症的发生,促进疾病康复。

Objective.To summarize the clinical nursing experiences of id- iopathic thrombocytopenia purpura （ITP） patients. Methods： A retro- spective analysis was carried out for 46 cases of ITP patients who were treated from January in 2010 to October in 2012 in our hospital. The pa- tients received careful observation of disease, serious medication care, strictly basic care, strengthening communication with the patient＇s fami- ly and psychological care. Results：All 46 cases of ITP patients got allevi- ated effectively and achieved good results. No serious complications oc- curred. Conclusion.. The reasonable, timely and effective comprehensive nursing measures can effectively reduce complications and promote the recovery of ITP patients.
