临床路径在脑梗死介入治疗护理中的应用

Effect of clinical pathway in treatment and nursing care of cerebral infarction patients receiving interventional therapy

[目的]调查研究临床路径在脑梗死介入治疗护理中发挥的作用及其应用价值。[方法]选取200例在我院进行治疗的脑梗死病人,根据其治疗方法不同将其分为观察组(临床路径护理组)100例和对照组(一般护理组)100例,观察两组病人护理后的变化情况。[结果]观察组痊愈率(61.00%)、有效率(30.00%)、总有效率(91.00%)明显高于对照组痊愈率(24.00%)、有效率(9.00%)、总有效率(33.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);临床路径护理组病人的住院时间和消耗费用明显低于一般护理组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]在临床路径的护理模式下,脑梗死病人能够更好地恢复健康,并且有效地加速恢复速度。

Objective：To investigate the effect and application value of clinical pathway in treatment and nursing care of cerebral infarction patients receiv- ing interventional therapy. Methods：A total of 200 eases of patients with cer ebral infarction in our hospital were chosen and divided into observation group （clinieal nursing pathway group） and eontrol group （general nursing group） based on different treatment methods,100 eases in eaeh. The changes after nursing were observed in both groups. Results：In the clinical nursing pathway group, the cure rate （61%）, efficiency （30%）, total effective rate （91 ~） were signifieantly higher than those including cure rate （24%）, effi- ciency （9~） and total effective rate （33%0） in general nursing group;on the contrary,the inefficiency （670//oo） in general nursing group was significantly higher than that of clinical pathway nursing group（9 %）, and the difference was statistically significant, P（0.05. The hospitalization time and eosts in elinieal nursing pathway group were much lower than that in general nursing group,and the differenee was statistieally significant,P（0.05. Conelusion- Under the clinical pathway nursing mode, patients with cerebral infarction can recover better and it can accelerate the speed of recovery more effectively. 6
