摘要
[目的]探讨优质护理示范病房的病人对优质护理的真实性感受,进一步扎实推进优质护理的开展,为病人提供满意的服务打下基础。[方法]采用现象学研究方法,对某省级三级甲等综合性医院不同优质护理示范病房的11名住院病人进行半结构式深入访谈,并运用Colaizzi分析方法对资料进行分析。[结果]提炼出两大主题:优质护理服务提高病人的满意度;通过病人真实性的感受,发现存在的问题。[结论]住院病人的满意程度较未开展优质护理服务之前明显提高,但还存在问题;对于存在的主要问题,采取针对性的措施,以期为病人提供更优质的护理服务。
Objective. To probe into the authenticity feelings of patients in high quality nursing demonstration wards on high quality nursing, further solidly promote the development of high quality care, so as to lay the foundation for providing satisfactory services for patients. Methods. Phenomenological methodology was used in this study. Semi -structured in- depth interviews was conducted on 11 inpatients who were in different high quality nursing demonstration wards in a three grade A hospital, and the date was analyzed by using Colaizzi~ s phe- nomenological procedures. Results.. Two themes were extracted, inclu- ding to improve patients ~ satisfaction through high quality nursing service and to find existed problems through authenticity feelings. Con- clusion.inpatients' satisfaction was increased significantly, but prob- lems still exist;the targeted measures should be taken,so as to provide better nursing service for patients.
