磁场热处理对Nd_2Fe_(14)B/α-Fe纳米材料磁性和微磁结构的影响 被引量:21

摘要 对Nd2 Fe14 B/α -F基纳米交换耦合磁体进行了磁场热处理的研究 .研究发现 :退火温度在硬磁相居里点附近时 (30 0~ 40 0℃ )有明显的处理效果 ;磁场处理可加强磁性相之间的耦合 ,提高磁体的顽力和剩磁比 ;磁场可以引发晶粒间的相对滑动和调整 ; Describes the finding that the magnetic heat treatment could enhance both coercivity and remanence ratio of the proper quenched Nd 2Fe 14 B/α-Fe based nanocomposite even at a temperature near the Curie temperature of hard phase, and an optimum property happened in the magnetic annealing temperature range of 300 ℃ to 400 ℃ (Curie temperature of Nd 2Fe 14 B hard phase is about 320 ℃), and concludes that the effect of the magnetic field was mainly the enhancement of exchange coupling between hard and soft phases, and the field in magnetic annealing could align the orientations of the ferromagnetic Nd 2Fe 14 B grain, and the lower melting point Indium addition would make the boundaries floppy to move easily.
