神经元特异性烯醇化酶和肾上腺髓质素在肺癌组织中的表达及其临床意义

摘要 目的研究神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)和肾上腺髓质素(ADM)在肺癌恶性病变中的表达及意义。方法应用免疫组织化学方法检测84例肺癌和20例正常肺组织中的NSE和ADM表达。结果①肺癌组织中NSE和ADM阳性表达率分别为81%和70%,均显著高于正常肺组织(P<0.01);②ADM、NSE的表达与病理组织类型、临床分期及淋巴结转移相关(P<0.05)。且随临床分期Ⅲ、Ⅳ与Ⅰ、Ⅱ期比较明显上升(P<0.05),同时有淋巴结转移组阳性表达率明显高于无淋巴结转移组(P<0.01)。结论 ADM和NSE是评价肺癌恶性程度、临床病理分期、淋巴结转移的有价值指标;通过对其进行联合检测,有助于预测肺癌患者的浸润、转移情况及预后,指导临床采用合理的治疗方案。 Objective Research Neuron specific enolase(NSE) and Adrenomedullin ,(ADM ) expression and significance of malignant lesions in the lung cancer .Methods Using immunohistochemical method to detect 84 ca-ses of lung cancer and 20 cases of NSE and ADM expression in normal lung tissue .Results ①In lung cancer tis-sue NSE and ADM positive expression rate of 80 .9% and 70.2% respectively ,were significantly higher than that of normal lung tissue (P&lt;0.01);②The expression of ADM and NSE and histopathologic type ,clinical stage and lymph node metastasis (P&lt;0.05) .And with the clinical staging Ⅲ Ⅳ and Ⅰ Ⅱ period are increased obviously (P&lt;0.05) ,and at the same time have a positive expression rate of lymph node metastasis group was obviously higher than that of group without lymph node metastasis (P&lt;0.01) .Conclusion ADM and NSE is lung cancer , malignant degree evaluation ,clinical pathologic stage ,lymph node metastasis of valuable indicator ;Through joint detection ,and to help predict the invasion ,metastasis and prognosis of patients with lung cancer ,and to guide clinical use reasonable treatment plan .
