人工肝血浆置换治疗重型肝炎医院感染15例分析及预防

Artificial liver plasma exchange treatment of 15 patients with severe hepatitis hospital infection analysis and prevention

目的探讨人工肝血浆置换治疗重型肝炎医院感染相关因素,以采取有效的预防与控制措施。方法回顾性调查分析2010年8月至2013年8月在综合性治疗的基础上运用人工肝血浆置换治疗15例重型肝炎患者。结果操作不规范、静脉置管时间延长、白蛋白低下、有基础性原发性疾病是人工肝血浆置换治疗重型肝炎医院感染的危险因素。结论严格遵守无菌技术操作、缩短置管时间、补充人血白蛋白等是预防血浆置换治疗重型肝炎医院感染的重要措施。

Objective To study the artificial liver plasma exchange on the patients with severe hepatitis hos-pital infection related factors ,in order to take effective prevention and control measures .Methods 2010 August to 2013 August 15 cases of severe hepatitis patients in comprehensive treatment on the basis of using artificial liver plasma replacement therapy ,a retrospective investigation and analysis .Results Operation is not standardized , venous catheterization time ,low albumin ,basic primary disease plasma exchange treatment of severe hepatitis hospital infection risk factors .Conclusion Strict compliance with aseptic technique ,shorten the time of catheter supplement human serum albumin and other plasma exchange for treating severe hepatitis hospital infection pre-vention measures .
