摘要
为了获得具有优异磁性能的氮化铁磁粉 ,本研究采用铁粉氮化制备γ′ -Fe4 N .优选氮化温度及氮化气氛 ,提高γ′ -Fe4 N的纯净度 ;将γ′ -Fe4 N与α -Fe的混合粉末高能球磨后 ,在 2 40℃真空退火 4h ,形成含 5 %左右α″ -Fe16N2 相的复合氮化铁磁粉 .
Presents the preparation of pure magnetic powder γ′-Fe 4N by regulating nitriding temperature and atmosphere during the nitrification of elemental iron and the formation of compound iron nitride powder containing α″-Fe 16 N 2 by milling and annealing the mixture of α-Fe and γ′-Fe 4N powder.
