摘要
本文建立了低温吸附干燥的数学模型 ,以冬菇为实验原料 ,对低温吸附干燥系统进行了模拟与实验研究。结果表明 ,建立的数学模型是可靠的 ,对设计新型的吸附干燥器具有一定参考价值。
Mathematical model of low temperature adsorption drying is set up in this paper.Regard lentinan as experiment materials,low temperature adsorption drying system have been investigated by experiment and simulation.The result shows that the mathematical model is reliable. It is referenced for designing of new style adsorption dryer.
