简单介绍了丰田生产方式（ＴＰＳ）。从工厂布置、物料搬运、物流管理与控制等方面研究了ＴＰＳ物流系统，总结了ＴＰＳ物流系统的特点，为进一步研究ＴＰＳ物流系统设计打下了基础。
