Molecular design,synthesis and applications of DNA hydrogel

摘要 DNA纳米技术是纳米生物技术的一个重要研究领域,近年来发展迅猛.通过理性设计和可控制备可以获得多种基于DNA纳米结构的材料.DNA水凝胶作为宏量DNA材料的重要代表备受关注,展现出很广泛的应用前景,尤其是在生物医学应用领域.本文介绍了DNA水凝胶的分子设计原理、合成方法和典型应用,重点综述近年来该领域具有代表性的研究成果. DNA nanotechnology is one of the most important fields of nanobiotechnology, showing rapid development. A variety of DNA-based materials were prepared through rational molecular design and controlled synthesis. DNA hydrogel has been one of the most important bulk-scale DNA materials and exhibited very wide applications, especially in the biomedical field. This review introduces the molecular design principle, synthesis methods and applications of DNA hydrogel, highlighting the recent important progresses.
