摘要
水力机械的磨蚀问题非常严重,运行效率低,使用寿命短的矛盾始终存在。解决问题的方式几乎都是采用各种抗磨蚀材料来延长水泵、水轮机的使用寿命,很少从流体力学的设计理论和设计方法上进行研究,至于固体介质引起水力机械效率的下降以及某些部门杂质泵不适应高浓度输送的要求还未引起足够的重视。
New conceptions such as 'relative block', 'relative draw', distorted velocity are presented in the paper. The pure water is considered as referential parameter, the solid as moving; boundary condition, and the follow characteristics of the particles, the influence of particles on turbulent structure and the coherent structure under complex boundary conditions, are also considered. Base on these, a set of new theory and method for designing hydraulic machinery is established. A lot of new products are successfully designed and manufactured.
