摘要
该研究在2560例女性患者中对比了光面假体与毛面假体的包膜挛缩发生概率。该患者亚群是由美国FDA批准的Sientra5年前瞻性研究结果选取的。除了样本量大,研究除了假体体积以外的单个假体变量,还应用了统计学分析方法加强论证。尽管研究的整体周期较长,但失随访的例数未详细说明。虽然自称是首次对两种类型的假体进行对比研究,但被提及的确切问题已被研究超过20年。
