隐性唇裂修复术术式回顾 被引量：4

摘要 隐性唇裂是先天性单侧唇裂畸形中最轻的一种类型,也称为顿挫型、微小型、先天自愈型或伪匿型唇裂.目前,国内外对于隐性唇裂的概念尚没有完全标准化.1938年,V Veau首次按照单侧唇裂的严重程度,从完全性唇裂到微小型唇裂进行描述,并将第一类称作为隐性唇裂.虽然他也认识到,唇裂同时存在齿槽弓及鼻部的畸形,但描述重点仍放在唇部软组织的缺损上.
