摘要
以乳酸和正丁醇为原料,用维生素C作为催化剂合成乳酸正丁酯,然后进行蒸馏并收集160~190℃的馏分为产品.讨论了催化剂种类、m(催化剂)、反应时间及V(醇)对酯化反应的影响,采用红外光谱对产物进行了表征,测定了产品的折光率.结果表明:用0.5g维生素C作为催化剂,0.1 mol乳酸和0.1 mol正丁醇,回流分水2h,酯产率可达到58.2%.
Abstract: Lactic acid and n-butanol were used to prepare n-butyl lactate,the reaction was catalyzed by vitamin C. After the reaction was over, distilling and collecting the products from cut fraction with the boiling range from 160 ℃ to 190 ℃. The effects of the kinds and amount of catalyst,reaction time and and the amount of n-btanol on esterification reaction were discussed. The products were characterized by IR and index of refraction. The results showed that the ester yield is get 58. 2% under the optimum preparation conditions:0. 5 g vitamin C is used as catalyst, the mole ratio of lactic acid and n-butanol is 1 : 1 with refluxing for 2 h.
