摘要
以苯酚和三氯化磷为原料合成亚磷酸三苯酯,考察了原料配比、温度和时间等条件对反应的影响,确定了最佳工艺参数∶n(苯酚)∶n(三氯化磷)=2∶1,滴加温度30~35℃,滴加时间1.5~2 h;30~40℃反应2h,130~140℃反应5~6 h.在此条件下,产品的凝固点22~23℃,色号达到20(PtCo),收率92%~93%.
Triphenyl phosphite was synthesized by phenol and phosphorous trichloride. Effects of process parameters, such as raw materials ratio,temperature and time on synthesis process were stud- ied,and the optimal synthesis conditions were defined as follows, mole radio of phenol and phosphor- ous trichloride was 2: 1, dropping temperature was 30--40 ℃, dropping time was 1.5-2 h, holding 30 --35 ℃ for 2 h and 130--140 ℃ for 5-6 h. Under this suitable conditions,solidifying point of product was 22-23 ℃ ,colour number of product can be up to 20(Pt-Co),yield of product was 92%~93%.
